I told him i only wanted to finance 20K and by the time i signed all the documents(my fault for not reading every word on the forms) is that i financed 25K with 2 extended warrenties which i clearly stated i did not want. I had to come back the next day to resign the documents. He need to explain it more clealry on what i was signing. More

BYRD AND MR LANCASATER AND THE YOUNG LADY WHO ASSISTED WITH THE AUTO PROTECTION COVERAGE (SORRY, FORGOT NAME) WERE VERY EFFICIENT IN PROCESSING THE TRANSACTION AS I HAD TO WORK TODAY. Moses was a great help with getting the vehicle I wanted. And when they did not have the car I wanted on the lot, they got me the vehicle I wanted with so much more than I asked.
