The manual wasn't clear or specific so I called Anya Kerns who asked the service dept to call me. The service dept called me promptly to bring the car and have it checked. While waiting at the service dept, Vince Malgaldi came over and asked if I wanted to know anything more about my Elantra. He seemed very knowledgable, very polite and kind Brian Smith had the courtesy of emailing me why the airbag signal was made that way. Am glad to know there was no defect. The customer service was great. No price hassle with Anya Kerns. The staff were the best I have experienced More

We showed up 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday and Marcus was patient and helped us find the Sonata we were looking for. We got the car below Kelly Blue Book Fair Price without all of the back and forth to the sales manager that some dealers pull. Terri was very nice and professional with the paperwork and it was nice of her to stay late as well. When we finished the paperwork Chu personally thanked us for our business and they sent us on our way with a full tank of gas. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family. More

Chris was a pleasure to work with because I approach him in February 2012 and told him that I was going to purchase a car sometime this year. What sold me on him was his mannerism and the fact that he was never too aggressive. We had a great working relationship which caused me to do something that I have never done in life, to purchase a 2013 Santa Fe for me and a 2013 Tucson for my wife in the same week. Upon our arrival she was immediately attentive to our needs and concerns and she then placed us over to Mr. Robinson who treated us like family and ensured that my needs were met and my concerns were addressed before we even decided on a vehicle. I came looking for a SUV but left with a EQUUS so that should tell you something about Mr. Robinson's salemanship :-) I am in the process of looking at something affordable with another vehicle for me son and Mr. Robinson has already started the wheels turning in the right direction and hopefully we can come to terms of something great!
