The manual wasn't clear or specific so I called Anya Kerns who asked the service dept to call me. The service dept called me promptly to bring the car and have it checked. While waiting at the service dept, Vince Malgaldi came over and asked if I wanted to know anything more about my Elantra. He seemed very knowledgable, very polite and kind Brian Smith had the courtesy of emailing me why the airbag signal was made that way. Am glad to know there was no defect. We showed up 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday and Marcus was patient and helped us find the Sonata we were looking for.
