I have waited two hours for my oil change after two hours they came up and said oh you have an oil leak which I didn’t have any oil leak in my driveway or any spots under my car. When I got home I opened the they came up and said oh you have an oil leak which I didn’t have any oil leak in my driveway or any spots under my car. When I got home I opened the hood and I found a piece of my battery cover loose on in my car which I do have a picture. They also told me that I have to do a brake fluid on a car. That only have 10,000 miles and some other fluid for the motor because they suggested. This car is still brand new pretty much that’ll be able to cost me more than $600 I do not agree with that when I just walked in for oil change. Also they don’t even do tire rotations as a compliment on a car that just went in for oil change on a 10,000 Mile oil change.. The receptionist was very nice and sweet. It’s not her fault. More

This dealership’s service is terrible. I was told that the manager in the service department would call me to speak with me about the squeaky breaks in the Atlas SEL 2025. It has been se I was told that the manager in the service department would call me to speak with me about the squeaky breaks in the Atlas SEL 2025. It has been several weeks and no one has called to address my concern about the breaks squeaking! The customer service from the managers is trash! They don’t care how the car works after you drive it away! I have video proof of the squeaky breaks and multiple ghost emergency service calls! But that does not matter to the dealership! I have brought this new vehicle to the service multiple times and all they could tell me is that the material used is very cheap. VW knows that the breaks squeak and nothing will be done! I will never purchase another VW! I will never recommend this brand to anyone! Toyota and Lexus are better options! More
