Excellent! We were there during Covid-19 time. Frank Valle and Mark Neely were very easy to work with. We picked out which vehicle we wanted, they let us test d We were there during Covid-19 time. Frank Valle and Mark Neely were very easy to work with. We picked out which vehicle we wanted, they let us test drive. We had had an accident and was waiting for our check to come. Even when the check came a couple days later than what we were told by insurance it would be here, they were very patient, worked with us, and also held the car that we wanted.They are the best team I have worked with in years. I will strongly recommend any of my friends/family looking for a car to go to them. More

Frank Valle was the best salesman I have ever worked with. He listened to and worked with my needs and wants. He went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted. So i went to Kia after so many places and looked at the people they had and chose Frank Valle and I'm so happy I did he is an amazing person and an amazing worker I'm so glad I decided to go to Kia I found people they had and chose Frank Valle and I'm so happy I did he is an amazing person and an amazing worker I'm so glad I decided to go to Kia I found a car that I didn't know I was gonna love and now I'm more then happy with it and had a Great experience in buying my first car. I would like to thank Frank’s Valle and the entire Overturf crew for our new car! If you’re looking for a vehicle, these are the people to work with! Frank was great to work with but he is an even Overturf crew for our new car! If you’re looking for a vehicle, these are the people to work with! Frank was great to work with but he is an even better person. He truly cares about the customer and puts their needs in front of his own agenda. Multiple times, he had a day off but came into the dealership to take cake of me and my wife’s questions. He is always willing to go above and beyond expectations and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Overturf didn’t have the exact car we were looking for but Frank was able to organize a dealer trade with a dealership in Seattle. As soon as I said that I wanted the vehicle, a couple of Overturf employees DROVE to Seattle that night to pick it up. This was all a surprise for my wife and the whole team made this so special for us. Without me asking, they tied balloons to the vehicle and recorded her reaction when she saw it! This was TRULY a personal car shopping experience and I 100% recommend buying from Overturf. Thank you to Overturf and ESPECIALLY Frank Valle for selflessly helping us find our dream car!
