Dealer cannot keep completion time. We dropped off the day before the appointment and asked for vehicle to be done at 3 pm. They called at 3:30. Being we live out of town my wife needed to find a ride home and a ride back to town to pick up. Our family has had this happen many times before. I feel we gave them plenty of time to complete what we were told was an 1.5 hour job. More
