I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this place AT ALL. We recently bought 2 vehicles, at the same time. We received the tags for one vehicle but not the other. When we asked why, we were told that ALL. We recently bought 2 vehicles, at the same time. We received the tags for one vehicle but not the other. When we asked why, we were told that we needed to pay the tax on one of our trade-in vehicles before the State would issue a plate. (Keep in mind - WE had to reach out when the temp tag was due to be expired - THEY DID NOT CONTACT US). Makes zero sense because we received the plate on one of the vehicles we purchased - so why the hold up on just one car? But of course, it's all our fault and not theirs. We paid the tax and still have ZERO clue when we will get the plate for our 2nd vehicle. Why do they care if our temp tag is expired? Its not their problem anymore. Who doesn't like making car payments on a car you legally cannot drive (and how are they able to sell a vehicle they are unable to register?) On the other vehicle, BEFORE our first car payment was due, an engine alert pops up for a fuel injector. Seriously - before the first payment is due. So - that is more out-of-pocket (on top of our trade-in's, down payments and additional taxes needing to be paid.) Again - not their problem. They got their money out of us and its just not their worry anymore. Shady and completely untrustworthy. It has become my life mission to make sure everyone in the universe knows how shady this place is and how they absolutely haze zero care after you leave their lots. I have never had such a horrible experience purchasing a vehicle before and I completely regret ever going to this place. More
