The reason I wouldn’t recommend oxmoor Chrysler is not due to the fact that after 4 days I have had to take my new car back because the alternator is going out, but because while I was there I had a few q due to the fact that after 4 days I have had to take my new car back because the alternator is going out, but because while I was there I had a few question about my loan so they directed me to speak with the financial individual Jeremiah Six. Jeremiah Six didn’t seem to take kindly to me having question about some charges that wasn’t making sense to me. I also asked if they wasn’t required to go over every added cost to which he responded with “I handed you the iPad the information was there you sign it” which is correct I wasn’t trying to argue but just get clarification. While in his office I had my 2 year old who was trying to hand him a quarter and Jeremiah Six says “no you keep it you need.. stops” which I respond with “he needs it more than you?” He tried to fix the statement by saying I was going to say I have more.. sorry but I’m not convinced that was what you was going to tell my curly headed mix child. It was a horrible and sad feeling to experience as a mother. Now I just hope you all actually take care of my car issue (new alternator, new battery and full electrical inspection) not just slap a quick fix to hold over until it happens again. Very sad about todays experience because my salesman Alex and the managers upfront were not the problem…but after Jeremiah Six comment the whole place left me with a bad taste. More
