I did not need one since I was looking at a new Jeep Wrangler JK for a replacement of my current JK. I was more interested in price for my trade and out the door price. Milena worked diligently to see that I was satisfied with the price for my trade and the final cost of my new Jeep. After an agreement was reached we finally took that earlier offered test drive. Since the initial sale, she has called several times to make sure I'm happy with my purchase. Milena made it feel like she was working for me! More
