Out of state purchase Called this morning to purchase a vehicle. Received all of the purchase information on the vehicle 10:12. I Told them that I would be running the fin Called this morning to purchase a vehicle. Received all of the purchase information on the vehicle 10:12. I Told them that I would be running the financing through my credit union 2.09%. I received and call 2:59 from the salesman asking if I have received approval. I said you timing is great, yes they just approved it. I gave him a deposit to hold the car until we could make arrangements to drive the 9 hours to pickup the car. He thank me. He called me back at 3:10 and said that he was sorry they had sold the car to someone else. If they would have told me that they needed the deposit this morning I would have gladly gave it them. Biggest issue is that it was my wife's birthday present. Thank you Oxmoor for making my wife's birthday special. I tried to contact the dealer email address listed in the response post. It was returned as invalid. If this dealership is going to offer internet sale. They need to treat people you come to the dealership through their virtual door with the same respect and the ones who enter through the actual door. More

Good deal Saw the car I was looking for on the Web Friday night. Called Saturday talked to Morgan who referred me to Benjamin Berry. My wife and I drove 200 mil Saw the car I was looking for on the Web Friday night. Called Saturday talked to Morgan who referred me to Benjamin Berry. My wife and I drove 200 miles to Louisville. We were met there by Benjamin, the car was sitting right up front. The car was as advertised. We went for a test drive. I was sold. We did the "dance".I told Benjamin these are the numbers I need or we would walk. He went back and push his boss, the dance was over quickly. The deal was done.
