Boris is a superb salesperson whose non-sales type personality goes along way. During my search I interacted with many sales persons and Boris was one of the nicest. He was helpful, informative and not pushy. Not at all the obnoxious sales personality that drives you mad but a really good guy and I would tell you if he was not! I also noticed everyone at the dealership were welcoming and inviting. Jessica V. was very helpful in negotiating a great price and making me feel I had found the right vehicle and seller. And was sweet enough that I as I called her Jennifer several times in person by mistake even calling her Jessica some 10 emails earlier in the day she never corrected me :) and also gave me her card as well if I needed anything. Best Car Buying Experience Ever Purchased a new Jeep Wrangler and traded a used Wrangler in at the same time. I live out of state so a lot of the negotiating went on via phone or ema Purchased a new Jeep Wrangler and traded a used Wrangler in at the same time. I live out of state so a lot of the negotiating went on via phone or email. They gave me a great ball park figure , sight unseen, on my trade in which helped make my decision easier. Upon arrival at the dealership we were met by Cary, our salesperson, and offered coffee or hot chocolate. He immediately brought the new Jeep to the door for our test drive, which was cleaned and full of fuel. Upon returning from the test drive they inspected our trade-in to make sure it was as I had stated. Cary already had all of our paperwork ready, only needed to go over and sign. we met with the finance dept. to sign the financial papers , which was the fastest ever. We then met back with Cary and he went over all of the new Jeeps manual and features in the book. After that we went out to the Jeep and he went over all of the features , hands on, he even paired my wife's phone to the Jeeps Bluetooth . After making sure we had no other questions we were ready to go. With a total time of just over an hour we were able to get on the road for our drive home. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend Cary and this dealership to anyone interested in a new vehicle. Their prices for my trade-in and for the new Jeep were the best in my 3 state area. 5 Star Experience. More
