We drove on to the Oxmoor lot on Shelbyville Rd and after a quick glance at the cars I saw My Jeep Grand Cherokee!! I knew it was the one for me. My sales rep was Huda and she was so knowledgeable about everything!! I felt completely at ease with her. She listened to our needs and did everything that she could do to help us out. My first contact was with Beverly who responded to my online inquiry, next was an online credit app. which was simple and quick to complete. After receiving crdt approval within a couple hours, we scheduled an inperson visit test drive for the next day. Paul was our salesman and was amazing warm, friendly and informative. Finally we met with Duncan the finance manager who pulled a rabbit out of the hat bundling in a brand new bumper to bumper warrantly that due to the financing structure, ended up actually saving us an additonal $1,200 in our total spend. When we took the delivery on the car it was emaculent and Paul once again took painstaking effort to explain the features and how they worked.
