Beware if you have to deal with Jade Torres or Shawn OBryan; I went here a few months ago to have warranty work completed. I went to pick my truck up after they called and told me it was ready and found OBryan; I went here a few months ago to have warranty work completed. I went to pick my truck up after they called and told me it was ready and found out only half the work was completed. I ended up having to take my truck back a second time to have it all completed and asked if there was anything they could do for the trouble. They gave me a “free oil change” card. I recently reached out to them to schedule the oil change and also see if they could quote replacing my brakes/tires. After they quoted the brakes/tires, I don’t wanted them to confirm they would still honor the free oil change. They said yes. That is, until I mentioned I would only be interested in getting the oil change and not the brakes/tires. They told me they would only honor the free oil change if I got the other work completed. There was no contingency written on the card regarding other services needing to be purchased for the free oil change nor did they mention that when I asked them if they would still honor the card. This place is exactly why car dealerships are no longer trusted. Disappointing that people have to deal with people like this. More

Oxmoor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram went WAY above and beyond in our experience. They were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. We were the family stranded on a holiday trip and Oxmoor Chrysler, speci in our experience. They were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. We were the family stranded on a holiday trip and Oxmoor Chrysler, specifically two individuals, went out of their way to help us. We were headed home for the holidays and heard a loud belt noise on the highway. We stopped and I noticed that the serpentine belt was shredding. (Frustrating on a vehicle with ~7500 miles.) We were in Louisville and found the closest dealer which happened to be Oxmoor Chrysler. Even though the service department closed early on 12/23, the general manager (Tim) went out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of. He texted the shop foreman (Dave) who stopped by ON HIS DAY OFF to look at the vehicle and make sure that he escalated the situation so that our vehicle would be serviced efficiently. They both checked on us multiple times, called around to other dealers and rental companies, searched for parts, and overall were extremely kind to us during a frustrating situation. The dealership let us hang out in the lounge with our small child and everyone that we spoke to was very kind. We eventually made it our destination for the holidays, and the vehicle was finished the day after Christmas (likely because the foreman escalated our case and found parts efficiently) and the truck ran like a dream on the long drive home. Let me reiterate that 12/26 was the first day the service department opened after the holiday, and our vehicle was fixed THAT VERY SAME DAY.
