Got the truck I wanted for the price I wanted! Went in and negotiated the price of the truck to what I wanted to pay. Steve the manager was enjoyable negotiating with and when my banks financing was not what I wanted, Paul in financing was able to put the terms together late at night! Everyone was upbeat and enthusiastic to make a sale. It was a pleasureable buying experience. Would do business again @ Oxmoor Jeep! More

I see you only respond to good reviews I wrote a review after buying a used car for my son. Never heard from anyone. I sent emails, I called, I left messages on facebook. No response. You sold us a LEMON !!! TRANSMISSION ISSUES, WATER PUMP ISSUES , FUEL PUMP ISSUES, TIRES NOT AT LEGAL TREAD THICKNESS, BRAKES WORN TO NOTHING...BUYER BEWARE . I expect this from shotty side street dealers, not a "respected" dealer. More

Unparallelled efficiency and professionalism. I stopped at Oxmoor to look at 1500 series Rams. I was met by a salesman by the name of Joe Zielonko. He greeted my family and I as if we had an appoi I stopped at Oxmoor to look at 1500 series Rams. I was met by a salesman by the name of Joe Zielonko. He greeted my family and I as if we had an appointment. After a brief conversation, i told him exactly what I wanted to buy and he found it quickly. We agreed on a deal and I never had to speak to the sales manager a single time. After a 5 minute meeting with the finance manager, Paul, I had keys in my hand and my 3 sons had baloons in theirs.
