Considered Oxmoor Toyota because they participate in USAA's car buying service and I wanted a Toyota Tundra. Chris contacted me by email and phone after I submitted my request through USAA. Chris was exceptionally responsive, friendly, courteous and respectful throughout the entire process. He worked hard to locate an excellent match for my "virtual vehicle" preferences. He managed to find the right vehicle and get it to Oxmoor the next Day. He was persuasive without ever trying to exert pressure. He was straightforward, clear and never seemed manipulative, deceptive or misleading. He was very warm and personable. He helped make the experience relaxing and enjoyable. It was a refreshing change dealing with Chris- in comparison to some past experiences with sales-persons. We were very please with the customer service. Tyrone was fast and efficient and knew his stuff. Did I mention friendly? Well he was very nice and kind of reminded me of Tylor Perry. Patrick was an exceptional salesman. We were so pleased that he was so patient with us, and so very friendly each time we made a visit.
