We are dealing with Oxmoor Toyota since 2007, this is the second time we purchase a toyota from Oxmooer. Tyrone Cottrell is our sales person, who is willing to help at full extent of his strength. Upon arriving at the Dealership, I was greeted by a staff ready to help me with my new car purchase. They were not overly aggressive at all. I had a great sales man, Lakin Hutton, he answered all my question ready to help me with my new car purchase. They were not overly aggressive at all. I had a great sales man, Lakin Hutton, he answered all my question, and when asked what I was looking for he pointed me in the direction of the Rav4. I test drove 2 a late model as well as a new 2013, I was taken by the new style and comfort of the 2013 as well as, the options. Lakin explained every detail of the car along with the up keep provided by the dealership, and warranty. I feel I made the right choice for me, and my family as well as the decision to deal with a dealership that was very fair, hard working, and above all took care of all my automotive needs. Thanks to everyone at Oxmoor Toyota, I will send all my friends and family to them who are looking to purchase a new, or used car. More
Our salesman was great, Keith was very knowledgable on the van. He was not pushy at all. we went in just to test drive a van our lease on our Camery was not up for 14 months and we got a great deal and to the van. We remembered what a non-pressured sale we had in 2002 & wante My husband & I were back at Oxmoor Toyota to trade in my 2002 Camry for a new Camry. We remembered what a non-pressured sale we had in 2002 & wanted a repeat of the experience. This was not the case! The experience was even easier, more pleasant & even less non-pressured (& yes, that is possible!) than last time! We met Tom Kidwell at the door. He didn't just work with us, he facilitated the purchase of the my new Camry. Tom & I took a test drive, leaving my husband behind as I am the primary driver of the Camry & I needed to be happy with the way the Camry drove. The test drive was great! It was like driving around with a friend. The 2013 Camry handled enough like my 2002, that Tom & I chatted the whole time - finding many places in Louisville in common! We won't use words like 'pressured' or 'nasty' or derisive' or 'slick' or 'condescending' to describe our price negotiation. I wouldn't even use the word 'negotiation.' The deal was made more along the lines of: "What were you thinking of spending." "What do you want for your 2002?" "This is what we would like to get." "We can do that." "We have a deal!" Time from walking in the door to driving my new Camry off the lot: about two hours! Priceless! After the deal, we were constantly asked if there was anything Tom or any employee could have done better. A couple of times I wanted to say, 'well . . . can we have a couple of hundred dollars back?!' I almost think they would have! And another time I wanted to say 'this' or 'that' just so I didn't disappoint them by saying it was such a great experience all round! In closing i would like to say that my husband did the dollars & cents of the deal but I would have no problem going back on my own to purchase a car. Especially if I can have Tom to work with! My wife and I went looking for a minivan and we were originally thinking about purchasing a new vehicle. Cory was extremely polite and helpful. He was as anxious to get us the best product for the lea originally thinking about purchasing a new vehicle. Cory was extremely polite and helpful. He was as anxious to get us the best product for the least amount of money as we were. It's very rare that you find a salesman that is interested in saving you money. Returning lease customers (third lease) Have been very pleased until this third lease. Turned in car 4 months early and given $5000 in penalties which was applied to my new lease. WILL NEVER LEASE AGAIN based on this experience UPDATE: we did purchase a second car and they did work with us on pricing on that car. More
