Corey was friendly and approachable in helping us find a vehicle that met our needs as well as within our budget needs. He was honest about his thoughts on the cars as well as assuring as that he wanted us vehicle that met our needs as well as within our budget needs. This has been the best experience we have had with any car dealership. Larkin Hatton was the best ever. He explained everything and was so patient. The first thing he asked me was what did I want, he didn't try to shove whatever was convenient at me. He listened to me. Initially thought we would replace our 2005 Highlander with a 2013 Highlander. However, in obvserving that we didn't really want many of the features of that highlander, James suggested the RAV4, which with a 2013 Highlander. However, in obvserving that we didn't really want many of the features of that highlander, James suggested the RAV4, which perfectly met our needs. We appreciated his insight and suggestion. He was patient in explaining the various aspects of the navigation system and other features. Our experience was so positive that after buying the RAV4, we decided to replace our 2005 Prius also. He patiently explained the changes that had been made to the Prius and how we would benefit from them. With both cars he explained the phone and navigational features. But more than all this was his pleasant and genuine manner in dealing with us. A top-notch experience. More

I thought the Toyota service will be best comparing to others. But, I had very a worst experience. I left my car for service on the evening. I told them what were the problems with my car and gave my car others. But, I had very a worst experience. I left my car for service on the evening. I told them what were the problems with my car and gave my car key along with bunch of other keys. He told me that the car will be ready next morning. Next morning I got the call from them stating that they don't have my car key and they were searching for it. I got another call that afternoon saying they couldn't find the car key and they have made a duplicate key and fixed the issue. When I told them I had other bunch of keys on it, they said they were looking for it and I can get my car on the evening. On the evening, they made me wait for 20minutes and said that they couldn't find the keys and gave me the duplicate key they made. They said they guy who serviced my card already left and they have to wait for him to return the next day. Next day, they agreed they have lost my key and they said they will reimburse the cost for the new keys. Finally, I had to wait for a week for them to say they wouldn't be able to get me my original Toyota key and all they could do was just a duplicate key and reimburse the cost for my other keys. I had wasted lot times calling and I been to their place 4 times. I never had this worst experience anywhere. May be I was deceived by the name Toyota. More
