I just want to so say how angry and sad and disappointed I am in this place. I desperately needed a car this summer, I found a car i liked and was approved for a capital one auto loan so i came in prepared, I am in this place. I desperately needed a car this summer, I found a car i liked and was approved for a capital one auto loan so i came in prepared, I was told I couldn't get the car i wanted because cap one had a regulation on how many miles a car could have when purchased, so I was talked into a more expensive car, but i left still pretty happy. that was only like 6 months ago. today my partner was driving to work when the car just completely broke down. started smoking. We used our roadside assistance to get the car home, I then had it towed to an auto mechanic. after checking everything he tells me there is a giant hole in the engine, the piston rod broke from bearing failure due to poor maintenance. not something that we could have cause in the last 6 months. And now we will have to buy a new engine. All while we still owe 4.5 years of payments to our bank loan. You all probably permanently closed because of sales like this. I am just beyond upset. Shame on you. More

My husband and I drove all the way from Beaverton on Monday, July 17, to visit Pure Automotive and see a used car they were selling, and we are so glad we did! We found out about Pure Automotive thro Monday, July 17, to visit Pure Automotive and see a used car they were selling, and we are so glad we did! We found out about Pure Automotive through Wilsonville Toyota. Pure Automotive is a sister store to Wilsonville Toyota, so they follow the same no-haggle ("No Bull") slogan/rule that Wilsonville Toyota has, where the price they list is the guaranteed lowest price so there's no need to haggle. This interested us as we were exhausted from haggling with other dealerships and just wanted to get a car without wondering if we were overpaying. They had a used Hyundai Sonata Hybrid listed being sold at Pure Auto for an amazing price so we just had to check it out. When we arrived we were greeted by the staff and did business with Junior Quraish. He was very busy dealing with other customers so he quickly showed us the vehicle and let us test drive without him needing to be there with us. It was relieving to have a salesperson trust us to take good care of the vehicle. The car itself is in great condition. The only problem with it was a cracked windshield, however they already ordered a new windshield and are sending someone to install it at our house! The dealership did a fantastic job making sure the car was in perfect condition before we arrived. When we got back from our test drive we went back inside and started talking business with Junior. He was very friendly. He made sure to inform us of the different service contracts that were available but was very respectful when we declined. While signing all the papers, we talked a bit about our personal lives. I like to get to know the people I purchase from and I really enjoyed getting to know Junior! When it was finally time for us to leave with our gorgeous car, he went and filled the car with gas! We are so lucky we found the listing for the car and we definitely recommend you to visit Pure Automotive!! Thank you Junior!!! More

Unfortunately we purchased a vehicle (mini cooper) that ended up having some issues (gasoline smell in the vehicle). We contacted our sales person 3 days into ownership to bring back so they could diagnos ended up having some issues (gasoline smell in the vehicle). We contacted our sales person 3 days into ownership to bring back so they could diagnose and fix the issue. As of today, it has been well over 2 weeks... any updates received are due to me following up. There is still no date as to when the vehicle will be ready. Not having a vehicle has been disruptive, so I've asked for them to adhere to their 5 day return policy (since we only had it for 3 days) PURE Automotive is now refusing to provide a refund stating that because I have owned the vehicle past their 5 day return policy I don't qualify. Unbelievable! Even with documentation they are contesting this...we purchased on Monday, May 29th, contacted the sales person about the issue on Wednesday May 31st, and brought the vehicle back to them on Friday June 2nd. More
