We apologize for the confusion with this transaction. We provided you with the CarFax and told you the battery had been replaced, because the traditional starter battery had been replaced. The hybrid battery however, was not. This was not made clear on our part, so when we provided you with the CarFax and told you it was replaced, we meant the starter battery. Please reach out to us so we can address the situation and avoid this mistake going forward.
