I took my car to Pacific BMW, because I have an issue with battery,I was getting message increased battery discharge. I was told,that the issue can solved ,if the aftermarket battery will replaced to or with battery,I was getting message increased battery discharge. I was told,that the issue can solved ,if the aftermarket battery will replaced to original battery, the battery was replaced, but still issue isn't solved,still there is a same message,increased creased battery discharge. The person, who was in charge told me some nonsense reasons,why the issue isn't solved, like some touched the wires on I strumenr cluster, also there is some after market part on diagnose plug. No initial diagnos was run,to explain me why there is an issue. I didn't get any answers. Instead I was told,that to run diagnose costs around $1000. I already spent $1000 and my issue wasn't solved. That's a terrible customer service. More

I have been going to Pacific BMW for 15+ years. Consistently great service. As terrible as COVID is, the process for service drop-off/pick-up and getting a loaner has become much more efficient. Everyone is very professional and courteous. I like getting texts on the status of my car and the video walkthrough by the tech is great. I would really appreciate if they would continue to invest in technology by having a portal for upload of the documents they request for a loaner (driver's license, credit card, etc.). It's not secure to send copies of those in email. I would also like to have my service records in a portal vs having paper copies. It feels like I have digital copies of everything else these days (health records, airline tickets) - why not my car's service records? All in all, highly recommend Pacific BMW! More
