Nelli was wonderful - a breath of fresh air as a car salesperson. She was pleasant, personable and professional and I could tell that she had depth of knowledge about BMW cars. Unfortunately, I was looking for a Lexus Pre Certified (they had a Lexus, but of course not certified through Lexus) so I did not buy from her.
