I did not work with Arsen. I worked with Juan Rodriguez and I give him 5 stars. There was only 1 glitch. I requested the 0 payments for 3 months that BMW financial is offering I worked with Juan Rodriguez and I give him 5 stars. There was only 1 glitch. I requested the 0 payments for 3 months that BMW financial is offering in my deal, but when I got to finance, Isam said it was not requested, so I thought maybe I forgot. I went back and checked my correspondence with Juan and I did request it and he did acknowledge my request. Not sure who dropped that ball, but I didn't get that and Isam said if I did want that in my deal, my payment would go up. More

I sold my 2022 330i bmw to the dealership on Saturday 7/18 for $18,000 they matched to carmax. Leased a 2026 228 grand and put $3,000 down. I owed on my loan with BMW approx $8,300. So am awed $6,622.69 7/18 for $18,000 they matched to carmax. Leased a 2026 228 grand and put $3,000 down. I owed on my loan with BMW approx $8,300. So am awed $6,622.69 which ai did not leave a check with. Had I known that like have sold to carmax. The salesman offered to expedite the check. I asked if it can be direct deposit via text and he never responded. Three days later I called the sales manager Thomas and it’s been 24 hours and haven’t heard from him. Not great experience. Not happy am being ignored. More
