Overall experience was very positive. I purchased from out of state and Greg helped by recording walk-arounds of the car. I did not actually see the car in person so the video was helpfu I purchased from out of state and Greg helped by recording walk-arounds of the car. The paperwork was all handled digitally, but we had some paperwork that required a "wet signature because I wasn't able to sign it digitally due to technical issues. The finance department overnighted the docs which expedited the process. I think the service was on par with a luxury dealership. Doing everything online and over text is bit nerve-wracking for a $85K car, but the team made everything very seamless and efficient. More
