I have been going to Pacific BMW for 15+ years. Consistently great service. As terrible as COVID is, the process for service drop-off/pick-up and getting a loaner has become much more efficient. Everyone is very professional and courteous. I like getting texts on the status of my car and the video walkthrough by the tech is great. I would really appreciate if they would continue to invest in technology by having a portal for upload of the documents they request for a loaner (driver's license, credit card, etc.). It's not secure to send copies of those in email. I would also like to have my service records in a portal vs having paper copies. It feels like I have digital copies of everything else these days (health records, airline tickets) - why not my car's service records? All in all, highly recommend Pacific BMW! More

First time I left this dealership with a problem actually fixed - and in one day. I typically leave my car there for days only to get a “ sorry you bought a lemon BMW that will always have this squeaking p fixed - and in one day.
