What a great experience!! Not only was Pacific BMW organized and customer service was helpful and friendly but the service on my car was awesome. Loved the video that was emailed to me letting me know organized and customer service was helpful and friendly but the service on my car was awesome. Loved the video that was emailed to me letting me know an update on the work that was completed but Gilbert kept me completely updated on when my car would be ready for pick up! I never had to question if the proper work was being conducted or when my car would be available. Also, Gilbert was very friendly, tentative and explained everything to me clearly. He even helped me reconnect my Appleplay to my phone....which is huge because I’m not tech! Loved the extra bonus of my car being washed! Pacific BMW is a classAct all the way!! Thank you so much!
