Bad experience. The service department could not answer any of my basic questions like “when will my car be ready” or “what service is recommended.” I had to constantly be the proactive one and call and te any of my basic questions like “when will my car be ready” or “what service is recommended.” I had to constantly be the proactive one and call and text Marco to get any info. The service department failed to identify $3000 worth of repairs that I had to do at another bmw repair center onlu 1 week after Pacific BMW was supposed to have done. Will not be returning here for future service. More
Poor Customer Service Pacific pretends to care but they really don't; I had major electrical issues with my German imported M4 I purchased from Pacific, for 3-years, until Pacific pretends to care but they really don't; I had major electrical issues with my German imported M4 I purchased from Pacific, for 3-years, until New Century dealership was able to fix the same issues I was reporting Pacific, just in one day. I wowed not to ever go back to Pacific again, so when I returned my M4, I couldn't resist this M2 they had, and against my initial promise to myself, I bought it. I took it for service recently (few weeks ago); I was told it would be ready later in the afternoon that day. I never got a call; next day I called them asking "what up?"; "Oh, sorry we got busy, it'll be ready today". Its COVID-19 now and everyone is under stress, I understand. BMW portrays this image of "we care" but reality is they're like everyone else; once they have your money, you're on your own. And guess what, the issue I informed them about regarding electrical glitch with the signal indicator, they said they fixed it, next day I was getting error messages again, and the following days thereafter, including today. For my next service and every other service and purchases I'm definitely going to New Century BMW, including to fix the issues with my signal, as New Century BMW service center proved to me that they care and are willing to take the extra time to cater to their customer's request and needs. More

great service my engine light went on and I needed an oil change as well. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days of me calling. I was nervous to get my service during this pandemic but once I arrived, I could tell that systems were set in place and I felt very safe. Gilbert was very nice. I did take my car in a bit later in the morning but they were still able to get it back to me the same day. More
Brought my car in for a repair covered by warranty, was told it would be ready in time to get it smogged before my registration was due two weeks later but I didn’t get my car back for a month and ten days told it would be ready in time to get it smogged before my registration was due two weeks later but I didn’t get my car back for a month and ten days and often could not get ahold of my service advisor for updates, even when I told them I would rather pick my car up and pay to have it repaired somewhere else so I could get my registration in time. Now I have to drive it 150 miles with expired tags before it can pass a smog test, so I have to go to aaa every day to get a moving permit and cannot park it on the street or even at the grocery store. It’s all been quite a hassle. More
