Took my car to Pacific for some recall issues. My battery light was on. The same day, they told me the battery needs to be replaced, it’s on backorder and they have no ETA on when the battery would be availa light was on. The service advisor stated I could pick up my car and they will call me when the battery’s in. I informed him that I didn’t fell comfortable devising a brand new car with the battery light on and feared being stranded somewhere. long story short I immediately took my car to Long Beach BMW they fixed and replaced battery in 2 days. Still never received a call from Pacific. More

Great Dealership and Excellent Customer Service My car has had very complex issues for it only being a 2016 with only 33K miles. Henry has made this seamless and is very supportive.
