Honestly, I considered other brands, not just BMW, and other dealers as well, Ultimately, other brands and dealers could not match Greg Poland and Pacific BMW. I must also mention Fernando Martinez Reyna, who offered me honest advice. I sincerely appreciate his personable customer service. Unprofessional Drop off my car on Tuesday and never received a call for update. I called 4x a day to check on my car, and never received a call back. After 4 days of calling and waiting for Henry the adviser I ask for the supervisor and finally Henry came to the phone and took my call. And told me all xxxxxxxx of lies. I told him I needed my car 3 days ago and he started blaming the supervisor Edgar. Very unsatisfied. You guys suck big time. They kept my car for 4 days without doing anything!!! More
