It was ok I had called the service dept because the engine light was on. My husband dropped off the car. They told him that there was a recall. The next day, I had called the service dept because the engine light was on. My husband dropped off the car. They told him that there was a recall. The next day, they told me that the car was ready. I went back to return the car, the department was super busy so I didn’t get much information about the service they provided. But I want you to know that a couple of weeks before this, I had called the service department about a recall that I had received via email. They told me that it did not apply to my car. Now I found out that the recall was for my car. Not good. More

Just Plain Awesome! I just purchased a BMW X3 here yesterday and had such an amazing experience! Emilio was my salesperson, and I don't have enough kind words for him! I just purchased a BMW X3 here yesterday and had such an amazing experience! Emilio was my salesperson, and I don't have enough kind words for him! He was very patient and took the time to really listen to me and my mom as we came in not knowing exactly what I wanted and just throwing out a bunch of different things and qualities in a vehicle that I would like to have. After a while and a few test drives, we found my perfect BMW! He did everything he could to really get us the best deal! We then met Ray who dealt with all the financial things and paperwork, and man was he a joy to work with! He lightened the mood on something that could have been super boring and stressful to deal with! They were an awesome team! Everyone we encountered that worked there was awesome! (We only encountered one rude girl who was apparently a customer there and really came off as very entitled)...other than the rude girl, everything else was amazing! More
