When we went to pay for the car and to sign the paper work, i felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable. i felt that the finance rep was a bit rude. He made us feel as if we couldn't afford the car, because we didn't want to purchase extended warranty. We bought the car cash, and we didn't want to finance. We didn't want to lease, and we didn't want to purchase anything extra. And he wouldn't take no for an answer. He was very annoyed by me saying no, and i just felt like i didn't even want the car anymore. i felt like he wasted our time to be honest. We already made a deal with the sales rep. We already told him we wanted to pay cash for the car. It shouldn't have been that difficult. I wish he didn't make me feel so awkward when i was signing the paperwork. i wish our sales rep handled our whole purchase i would have given the dealership a higher rating, but i just felt totally exhausted by the finance rep by the end of the transaction. More

Some places think just because they have good customer service, therefore, they can get away with making mistakes and not being able to get the job done the first time. Regardless, interactions with other staff (e.g. service center receptionist) were equally professional, friendly and easy. I've taken my X1 to this dealership's service center for years due to this consistently smooth and positive experience even when faced with bad news (e.g. expensive repairs needed). I love receiving the video from the mechanic explaining and showing me exactly why they are recommending the repairs. I have zero reason to not trust any of this service center's staff but the video helps me understand better the need for repairs/service as well as the work involved. The assessment was provided on a timely basis (same day), the price quotes were transparent and the courtesy loaner experience was extremely appreciated. Thanks SO MUCH. Couldn't ask for more. More

I had taken my car in on a Friday and tires had to be ordered and there was a delay in the dealership receiving them. Otherwise, excellent service. More

Terrible, dishonest service! This is the worst dealer experience I’ve ever had. Was nickel and dimed beyond belief. First off the car was improperly towed by incompetent tow tru This is the worst dealer experience I’ve ever had. Was nickel and dimed beyond belief. First off the car was improperly towed by incompetent tow truck driver provided by BMW. They did not flatbed vehicle and caused severe damage to tires and brakes. Then dealer refused to acknowledge cause of damage and provided exorbitant quote ($1200) to repair brake pads, sensors and routers when only brake pads needed replacing which I had done at M Shop for $300. These guys COULD NOT CARE LESS about quality service, AVOID this dealership at all costs. Rating: F More
