Even though I'm out of warranty now, Pacific just can't be beat when it comes to regular services (and recall work - as I had just had done). I had some pretty major warranty/recall work done over the last two years and I always appreciated the step up from other dealerships due to Manny's communication and followup - even via text which is perfect - so I always knew the current status, ETA of the pickup, and Pacific always gives you a loaner (unlike Bev Hills which is out for weeks at a time). Finally, the quality is always great: Pacific does a great job in repairs. You see so many stories of dealership problems on Bimmerpost, and I always recommend Pacific to anyone in Southern California: you won't be sorry. More
