I celebrated two birthdays waiting for them to get done Terrible experience from start to finish. Had a 1045 am appointment for simple service. Check in was so slow that I spent 45 minutes waiting for them Terrible experience from start to finish. Had a 1045 am appointment for simple service. Check in was so slow that I spent 45 minutes waiting for them to get the appointment started. This was supposed to be a simple service of two hours tops. I waited there because they offered no loaner option for this short visit. After three hours, I was told they were finished and would be bringing my car down shortly. TWO HOURS AND FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER, my car was still not ready. My service tech was nowhere to be found and I had to flag down someone else just to get my car released from captivity. Total time for an oil change was FIVE HOURS AND FORTY FIVE MINUTES. This was the second abysmal experience I’ve had with this service team. They will not be getting a third chance. As a longtime BMW driver, this experience was well below the standards I’ve come to expect, and I do not think I’ll be inclined to visit this dealership again when it’s time for my next BMW. More

dishonest, disorganized, lack of communication Brought my car in they kept for 2.5 weeks I had to consistently follow up, barely heard from service consultant. Gave very minimal information. Told me I needed entire new transmission but could not tell me specifically what was failing on transmission. When my third party warranty requested more info on the claim he said he wouldn’t be able to prove anything and would only do a tear down if they agreed to replace transmission. Then when I presses him on why he couldn’t show failure, he said “they don’t do transmission work, if there is anything wrong with transmission they just replace it entirely” then they charged me $200 and I still have yet to hear back from supervisor that I called 1.5 weeks ago. They are totally dishonest and going to try to milk you for all you are worth! Do no go here !!! More
