We started are paperwork via email so when we got to the dealership it was just a matter of test driving the car and making sure it was the one. Our initial interaction was with Armando. He was on it. We let him know what we were looking for and he got us exactly what we wanted. We wanted to come in when Armando was in a meeting so he referred us to Julio. Julio took the time to go over all of the options of the vehicle and followed up after to set up a time to go over all things we may have forgotten:) I would recommend this dealership to any of my friend and family. I’m very upset that no one in the service dept noticed the damage on my hood when I brought it in for service. The car was washed and delivered to me. Perhaps no one noticed but it was not a very honest moment. Gilbert however handled this matter professionally and with a lot of delicacy. I am still not convinced of the quality of the work yet.
