Gilbert is amazing This review would not have been what it was if it wasn’t for Gilbert and his amazing customer service. I’m very upset that no one in the service dept This review would not have been what it was if it wasn’t for Gilbert and his amazing customer service. I’m very upset that no one in the service dept noticed the damage on my hood when I brought it in for service. The car was washed and delivered to me. Perhaps no one noticed but it was not a very honest moment. Gilbert however handled this matter professionally and with a lot of delicacy. I am still not convinced of the quality of the work yet. Thanks to Gilbert however I will be back. More
