Lacking I had an 8 AM service appointment and I was on time. It took my service tech 28 minutes to even address me as I sat in my car, waiting. If you are running late or not ready, maybe come greet me and ask me to wait in the lounge, or tell me you are running late. A disappointing inconvenience Manny was excellent, but he did inform us that no brake work needed to be done. The technician on my previous service neglected to reset the sensor.
