Made car shopping unexpectedly pleasant! I’ll start by saying that I don’t normally review things, but I had such an unexpected great experience that I’d love to talk about it. A friend on mi I’ll start by saying that I don’t normally review things, but I had such an unexpected great experience that I’d love to talk about it. A friend on mine got a BMW from Pacific recently and raved about the great experience and deal he got. I was in the market so I decided to check it out. Luke was fantastic, his approach was offering education about the car and options about the purchase. After the first visit, I felt like he offered a great deal but I was hesitant because it was my first visit to a dealership. In the next week, I bounced around and looked at nearly six other cars I had my eye on [none of which would be considered “luxury”] and I ran into every expected sales person who’s favorite line seems to be “what can I do to earn your business.” Not only that, but I was gonna be paying the same price for a non-luxury car versus a BMW. My decision to come back and close the deal was an easy one. Once again, the closing part was fairly painless—even that dreadful finance part was made easy. I would definitely recommend Luke and Pacific BMW as a stop if you’re in the market and you’ll realize how different it is from other dealerships. More

Normally, BMW would have paper mats and paper cover over seat and mat. None of that, and I am truly disappointed especially that it rained that day. My car interior is light beige, and the mat was disgustingly dirty showing big boot shoe marks of the guy who gave me my key back. I did not notice until I returned to my office. I sent a picture to my service rep Galo, but all he could offer was for me to come back to have mat cleaned. I would rather have new mats. In any case, the service was okay. Galo was professional. More
