Typically my past experiences have been great. My recent encounter with Ronald Rodillas was not very pleasant. Specifically, stated he was not very good at explaining things. As an example, I asked about interest rates and he responded with an answer that did not apply to me. He responded by addressing a rate provided by BMW, whereas I had made it clear that My previous vehicle was purchased through a credit union. I'll cut through the chase and say exactly how I feel after the fact. If I could re-do this transaction, I certainly would not deal with the aforementioned individual. At this point, I don't mind saying that when I purchased the 3 previous vehicles I felt really happy with the out come. Frankly, I can't say the same for this particular outcome. I will certainly continue to voice good commentary regarding Pacific BMW, but I will make it a point to advise against any encounters with Mr. Rodillas. NUFF SAID! More

Terrible Service Third time I've raised the issue of my charger not working on my M4 and once again they've returned my car to me and my charger is still not working.
