It was a great experience. Let's start with the area where i think could improve more, getting a loaner car. It took 40 mins from the moment i left the service counselor office Let's start with the area where i think could improve more, getting a loaner car. It took 40 mins from the moment i left the service counselor office to the time i was handed the loaner contract to sign. I was informed that was because there were too many people. However, at least 7 people behind me got their loaner car before me. There was probably a legitimate reason, but definitely should be improved. Other than that, the service was excellence. I decided to drive to this location, which is about 30 mins (with no traffic) from my house even though there is another BMW dealer right next to me (yes, there is a reason for it). This experience made it worth it. Everyone was friendly and professional. Manny was great. When I returned the loaner and pick up my car, I anticipated that it would take 30 mins so I called the dealer to let them know I was coming. I was in and out in 10 mins with a bottle of water in the car, with the help of the service counselor sitting next to Manny since he was busy with other customers. All the stuffs i expected to get fixed, got fixed. So, i will definitely come back to this dealer for future needs. More

My new car Rafy Hatamian did an amazing job. Even though the car I wanted had just sold, Rafy did everything he can to find a car within my price range and sure Rafy Hatamian did an amazing job. Overall Terrible Experience I've been going to Pacific BMW for a couple years now for service. In the past I have had little to no problems dealing with the representatives here I've been going to Pacific BMW for a couple years now for service. In the past I have had little to no problems dealing with the representatives here for a routine check up on my car. Sometimes they get very busy and its understandable if there are delays here and there, which is reasonable to me. My recent experience with Amie Gasabyan completely changed my view of the quality of service at Pacific BMW. For my appointment, she was late because she didn't attempt to check in the waiting area where I was standing after I parked my car in the main area. After quite some time I had to go outside and search for her to let her know I was here. She was standing by my car, which was clear to me that she knew I was at the location. After providing me paperwork for service she had asked me to wait in the waiting area for my loaner to arrive, she said it would be a couple minutes. 45 minutes go by and I see a couple loaner cars parked sitting idle, so I approach Amie to ask her if she put my request in for a loaner car and since I've been waiting 45 minutes already, how long it would take for me to just wait until my service is done. Only until then did she tell me that the service would be done the following week if they found any issues. She never communicated to me how long this check up would take, leaving me unaware of how long I would be without my car. The following week on the Tuesday I called the service department to check if my car was ready, and even though my issue with the car wasn't solved(popcorn creak sounds inside of car and wheel squeak at low speed), Amie never followed up with me on the status of my car. I had to find out from a different representative. To Management at Pacific BMW: You have made a mis-hire with Amie. I do not want her to be my representative again in the future. More
