Overall Terrible Experience I've been going to Pacific BMW for a couple years now for service. In the past I have had little to no problems dealing with the representatives here I've been going to Pacific BMW for a couple years now for service. In the past I have had little to no problems dealing with the representatives here for a routine check up on my car. Sometimes they get very busy and its understandable if there are delays here and there, which is reasonable to me. My recent experience with Amie Gasabyan completely changed my view of the quality of service at Pacific BMW. For my appointment, she was late because she didn't attempt to check in the waiting area where I was standing after I parked my car in the main area. After quite some time I had to go outside and search for her to let her know I was here. She was standing by my car, which was clear to me that she knew I was at the location. After providing me paperwork for service she had asked me to wait in the waiting area for my loaner to arrive, she said it would be a couple minutes. 45 minutes go by and I see a couple loaner cars parked sitting idle, so I approach Amie to ask her if she put my request in for a loaner car and since I've been waiting 45 minutes already, how long it would take for me to just wait until my service is done. Only until then did she tell me that the service would be done the following week if they found any issues. She never communicated to me how long this check up would take, leaving me unaware of how long I would be without my car. The following week on the Tuesday I called the service department to check if my car was ready, and even though my issue with the car wasn't solved(popcorn creak sounds inside of car and wheel squeak at low speed), Amie never followed up with me on the status of my car. I had to find out from a different representative. To Management at Pacific BMW: You have made a mis-hire with Amie. I do not want her to be my representative again in the future. More
