Hello, I am writing to present my deepest disappointment regarding your service and customer support. After reporting the problem, the car has been kept in the service center for days with disappointment regarding your service and customer support. After reporting the problem, the car has been kept in the service center for days without offering a solution. The given explanation that the noise is normal in case of driving 75mil and above, is not appropriate. The service store manager also checked the card and told that nothing can be done to solve it. Upon turning my vehicle in at lease end, I was haggled to pay service charges that weren’t due for months. My car was left in the service department for over a week leaving me to pay for Ubers out of pocket pay service charges that weren’t due for months. My car was left in the service department for over a week leaving me to pay for Ubers out of pocket every day I didn’t have a vehicle. I called service and reached out to Jesus to have a manager call me back and i never heard from him/her. I was able to argue my way out of many charges but would have appreciated honest, ethical treatment from the get go. Had i been treated better i would have chose to lease a new BMW through Pacific but they lost my loyalty. More
