had to wait over an hour to drop off my car even though I had an appointment, then had to call to get info on what was getting done to my car and estimated pick up time then when I picked up my car, it was l had an appointment, then had to call to get info on what was getting done to my car and estimated pick up time then when I picked up my car, it was late, poorly washed and was basically ignored with no place to sit while waiting.
