I previously only had my car serviced at the BMW dealership in Beverly Hills. I will be only going to Pacific BMW for my service needs going forward. They did the required maintenance on my car and educated me about what things will be due in the coming months. The communication with Manny was ongoing and easy through text. More

My issue of apple car play working is still unresolved. Slow service, disorganized, and lots of people waiting around. This is the second time I brought my car to BMW Pacific for the same two issues. On the first visit I waited 1:30 minutes just to drop my car off and get in a loaner and, I had an appointment. During this time I noticed several employees with their headphones in, standing around. I left my car there for 24 hours, to have it returned to me without the APPLE car play fixed and finding out that my sunroof (the other reason I brought it in) also needed to have a part ordered, I felt this could have been communicated with me sooner. On my last visit the sunroof was repaired, after I waited about a week for the part, the sunroof is fixed and at that point I additionally needed a tire replaced, all of this was done well and within a reasonable time frame. However, when I arrived to pick up my car and drop off my loaner, I still waited over an hour to do so. Additionally, the APPLE car play is still not fixed, I requested that my apple car play be updated and for the service techs to attempt connecting an I PHONE 11 PLUS PRO, this was obviously not done. After waiting an hour to pick up my car, I found that my phone still did not connect and the associate assured me that It would after he was unable to connect my phone. He told me " there's a fix to this issue, a lot of customers have had this issue, the fix just hasn't come out yet". At this point, I was extremely frustrated and left without the issue resolved. I began my lease less than a year ago and I am so disappointed with my first two services. More
