My service advisor was professional and efficient. The service was completed on time and additional recommended maintenance was completed. I appreciate the technician's inspection and recommendation. One complaint that I have with the service department is the wait time to pick up a vehicle. I routinely wait 30-45 minutes when picking up my car after having completed the transaction with the advisor. This is especially frustrating when I look around and see so many associates who don't seem to have anything to do. One suggestion I would offer is to have your sales representatives retrieve cars for waiting customers. Not only would this drastically improve your throughput but what a great way for a sales associate to introduce himself or herself to a future customer? More

Good, make sure all people have mask, the air conditioning and the air is clean and fresh.
