The service department was the worst they seemed uninterested in finding out what was wrong with my car on two separate occasions. The second time I provided video evidence and still this dealer cla uninterested in finding out what was wrong with my car on two separate occasions. The second time I provided video evidence and still this dealer claimed they could not duplicate the issue after having the care for more than 1 week. The other issue is that they quoted me nearly 2k on recalibrating a sensor. I decided to take this to a different dealer as Pacific seemed incapable and Center BMW was able to identify the issue after only having the car for 4 hrs and they fixed it with no problems in addition the same repair they quoted me 1k. Stay away from Pacific BMW More

I wish I could have given zero stars because that’s how much work was done to my car. Left it with service all day, car promises by closing at 5. Went to pick up my car after 8 hours.
