Oil Change My service advisor Gilbert Pogosyan was awesome. I went in for an oil change and he did not try to up sell me on anything. I asked him for a favor t My service advisor Gilbert Pogosyan was awesome. I went in for an oil change and he did not try to up sell me on anything. I asked him for a favor to check the undercarriage of my car since I ran over a center divider and I know I cracked something on the bottom. He sent me a video of the undercarriage and showed me the damage underneath and let me know that I can go to a body shop to get it fixed. This is service above and beyond! More

Service from Pacific BMW I brought my 3 series in because the engine light turned on after I had somebody body work performed elsewhere. Manny, my advisor, was both extremely I brought my 3 series in because the engine light turned on after I had somebody body work performed elsewhere. Manny, my advisor, was both extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. He kept me updated on my car and even sent a video of showing details of the work that was performed and what was suggested to keep my car in good standing. He was very nice and didn’t mind all my questions both unrelated and related to my car. Aside from Manny, every person I encountered was very personable, welcoming and informative. I am very happy overall and feel comfortable retuning in the future. Thank you much! More

Service Took an extra long time dropping off my car for service . Over an hour wait. Other guy was super friendly but it seemed unorganized and it’s usually better service. More
