The people who regularly help me in Sales (James) and in the service department (Amy Gasabyan) are professionals. They know how to accurately answer my questions, address my concerns and provide me with goo the service department (Amy Gasabyan) are professionals. They know how to accurately answer my questions, address my concerns and provide me with good advice 100% of the time. I am not an easy to please customer, but they always come through. I had an issue with squeaky breaks, and Amy explained what my options were with cost and trade-off, leaving the decision up to me but providing me with good information to decide. My car breaks are fine now, thank you Amy. James is one of the few salespeople whose business card I kept. He knew everything about the car my wife and I were looking for (new X3). Knew the options, the mileage, the colors. Exactly what I expect a professional salesperson to be. I am looking forward to buying my next BMW with help from James. the response from service is that they cannot duplicate the problem when the vehicle is with them, and each time the car is there for about a week. First time I took the car there for the problem they called and told me the vehicle is repaired and, drove out of the lot and before I got to the first signal light the error message came on on the screen again. Very disappointed in BMW the brand as a whole. I had 4 BMW in a row and left the brand for Mercedes and had 5 Mercedes in a row, I thought I try them again and have an M8 Comp Cabriolet, an X3 and now an X5, but these will be the last BMWs for my household, customer service is what brings the customer back.
