We were price gouged on the labor and the vehicle was returned to us with greasy handprints on the dash and steering wheel. The work they did was good but not sure I would recommend them if you have other options. They offer a 5% military discount (which is nice) but other places offer 10%. More

Ricky sold me a car 4 years ago and the experience was truly refreshing and I must say unique. He is a professional in all aspects of his assignment. Last weekend, I went shopping for a used Honda CRV with a friend of mine.The first dealer we went to shifted us three times and each person told us something different. Then, on an impulse, we went to Pacific Honda and met Ricky. He was the most helpful and pleasant car sales person I have ever encountered in my many years of driving and purchasing cars. He was open to my thoughts and concerns about the cars and answered my questions in a very straightforward way. We also met the manager who could not have been more helpful. I was prepared for a struggle over price of the CRV and the price of my trade in and was very pleasantly surprised that we came to an agreement in a very short time. Even after the deal was completed, everyone we dealt with was easy to talk to and pleasantly helpful. Pacific Honda has my vote every time! More

I went to Pacific Honda about a month ago very stressed out about the prospect of spending days worth of time and energy in trading in my decade old car for a newer used car. Thanks to Ricky and the team at Pacific Honda, I traded in my old car and drove home in a new one that very day, after just a couple hours of test drives and paper work. They even let me take the car before I had paid, since it was a weekend and I couldn't get the check that same day! Ricky was fantastic the entire time I worked with him--he was very easy to connect with, had a great sense of humor, and was truly someone I felt that I could trust to work fairly with me during my entire experience. He even let me use his personal computer to update my insurance policy! The take home message is: Pacific Honda, particularly Ricky, made the entire process as enjoyable, easy, and pain-free as possible, and it truly is refreshing to find a company that still cares about the customer as much as I felt they did with me.
