They.only returned one of eight of my phone calls during an 11 day period regarding my vehicle’s repair status Frustrated, my wife and I finally went there on a Saturday morning to inquire in person. We were surprised to find out from a more cooperative service representative that it was ready. If I knew how long it would have taken, I would have made arrangements for a loaner vehicle. Particularly because my wife and I depend on it to take us to our medical appointments. Based on this experience, I will think differently about taking my vehicle, running or not, to the Pacific Honda service center. More
