I was really impressed by how understanding the dealership was in responding to my need to have my car looked at right away as I was traveling and thought there might be a problem. They also didn't try and make a list of a lot of recommendations of what could make the vehicle better but just addressed the issue that I thought might be a problem. So in other words I felt that they were very honest and it made me feel relaxed that they didn't make a lot of recommendations for improving the vehicle. They also had enough employees to have so many vehicles looked at at a time and it was easy to get someone at the service window right away compared to other dealerships I've been to across the country. More
