The service department is different from the sales department, the latter of which I wasn’t happy with when I bought the car. But the service department has for the most part, been good. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor said I was due for brake fluid change as well. He told me it took some time and it could be up to 2 1/2. Hours before completion The service advisor said I was due for brake fluid change as well. He told me it took some time and it could be up to 2 1/2. Hours before completion of all the items. I agreed and told him I’d wait. After 2 1/4 hours I was told nothing had been done. It seems the coordinator had messed up I asked that the oil change and tire rotation be done and skip the brake fluid. After another 45 minutes I got my car back. The service advisor was very apologetic but didn’t have a good answer when I asked about accountability for wasting over 2 hours of. My time. The work done is fine but the management of the scheduling of the work is horrible. This was not my first unsatisfactory experience. More

I took my 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid in for a recall and for a 10,000 service to Pacific Honda. I had made an appointment and showed up in time. The dealer service was very efficient and service was excelle for a 10,000 service to Pacific Honda. I had made an appointment and showed up in time. I dropped my car off the night before and I had an appointment at 8:45 but for some reason, I never heard from anybody until noon after leaving several messages. They said can you text which I did. However, he clearly never read any of them because I approved the work, and it still wasn’t done. What’s the point of having an appointment or using technology if you’re just going to ignore them. If you are understaffed you need to set proper expectations or at a minimum return the clients calls/text. More
