The lease was up on our 2009 Honda Accord and so it was time to find a new one. I absolutely despise car shopping and dealing with those sharks. Believe me when I say, never has buying a new car been so enjoyable! The folks at Pacific Honda were fabulous to work with, very kind and accommodating. Mark himself was a true professional and we got right down to business without a lot of that whole runaround with "let me go talk to my sales manager" kind of crap. I didn't feel like I was being sold or being taken advantage of in any way. All in all it was a great experience and I would be glad to recommend Pacific Honda and especially Mark Morrow to any of my friends or family. Thanks to them I am the proud New owner of a fully loaded 2012 Honda Accord and we might even decide to add the little CRV to our family and you can bet that we will come back to Mark for that one, too!
