This is for the service department. If I could give them zero stars I would. I was stranded when I turned off my 2009 Honda Civic (23k miles) and it wouldn't turn back on again. The tow truck driver tested the battery and said there seemed to be something wrong with the alternator or battery. I took it into the Pacific Honda service department and tested the battery and said it was good and just blew me off. I took my car in two days later to get the oil changed (elsewhere not the Honda service department). They checked the battery and said it tested bad. I called the service department (my car is under warranty for another year and a few months) to make an appointment to check it again. When I got there, they claimed they had no record of the appointment and "sometimes the girls up front don't keep good track of the appointments". What? Isn't that their job? The service writer named Jennifer was extremely rude. She told me it would take 5 hours. I asked if they could give a ride back home and they said they don't offer that service. On the website, it says that you request a shuttle service or rental car. I just left because I didn't want to sit and wait for 5 hours. My opinion of Honda has really been tarnished. I am going to take it to a different dealership for service. Perhaps, I will have a better experience. I doubt it can be worse. More

Our overall experience was fantastic. Nancy Dunn was our dealer. She was so helpful and not pushy at the same time. Eventually, she was able to give us the car at the price we initially asked for. She was very pleasant to work with and very informative from the very beginning. At the end of the deal, we worked with Dottie Dahlin, the Finance Manager. She was one of the sweetest, most friendly people ever! She was also very knowledgeable. It was such a great experience. We will definitely be returning to Pacific Honda in the future. More

i had Ricky as my dealer and he was very nice and friendly. He answered all of the questions that i had and i had good experience being there. he was very helpful and i liked how he followed through friendly. I had an appointment to get my old vehicle looked over for a trade in. I knew what I wanted (a Fit sport) and Ted didn't try to convince me to pick up a more expensive car, he respected my decision. He showed me what was available and we went out on a few test drives. We went over the numbers, did the whole back and forth price negotiating, and eventually came to a number I was content with. After that I went to the financing department and signed my papers. When everything was finished I had a new car, cleaned up, with a full tank of gas. We all know buying a new car can be a hassle, but Ted and Dottie (she's works in the Financing department) made the best experience I've had so far. More
I decided to try and get a newer car and trade in my old one. As we went not to sure we would be able too Dennis talk to us showed us some nice cars , then as we talk to him about our budget and ideas he ex one. He made us his priority and sat there and made sure we left the lot with a newer car. we just went to look at new hondas and were met by a salesman (Wally) and WOW we were impressed right from the start with his courteous low pressure approach and knowledge of hondas. He was very patient and went to a great length to make sure we had all the info (even though we told him we were not buying), and guess what we went the next day and bought it even though our credit union was going to get it for less.We personally recommend this dealership and Wally to all our friends and family.
