Kevin's customer service and dedication to helping me get what I wanted was EXCELLENT!! He was laid back but did everything he could to be sure I was happy with my purchase. I bought a car from Pacific Honda in 2008 and was pleased with my purchase. However, that purchase took me about half a day. This time, I started out on the internet, finding what I wanted and requesting a with my purchase. However, that purchase took me about half a day. I got a call from Frank Taylor who was very friendly and most informative, and we set up a time for me to come in the following Saturday. Frank said I should ask for Mark Morrow. When I arrived that Saturday, I asked for Mark and waited only a few minutes for him. I told him what I wanted, and he took me directly to a 2012 Civic that was exactly what I was looking for. He showed me all the features, we took a test drive, and I was sold. He moved me through the purchase quickly, and I was out of there in just under 2 hours. It was definitely the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend Pacific Honda. Oh, and their service department is great, too. More
