My wife and I detest car salespeople. Even with all the positive reviews here, we were wary when we arrived at Pacific Honda, ready for your typical high-pressure sales situation. We were delighted to find that Paul (sales manager), Wally and Fadi (finances) were informative, personable, professional, and in most cases, took "no" for an answer with minimal pushback. The one item that was pushed hardest was the extended warranty, but when we indicated that we wanted to take a few days to think about it, they quickly agreed and provided paperwork and information we could take with us. Wally was absolutely fantastic, even going so far as to correct Paul's understanding to our benefit. We had called ahead and let the dealership know we had a time constraint, and Paul, Wally and Fadi all did a great job helping make efficient use of our time -- I'd say we spent less than 10min total waiting as we moved through the car buying process, and Fadi had the paperwork well organized when we got to the financing stage. All in all, we couldn't be happier with the experience we had buying our new Honda Fit from Pacific Honda! More
