Arguably the best Honda dealer in the United States! First off, I would like to start this review by saying I have no idea why Pacific Honda has any bad reviews. I have been a proud Honda owner for over 12 years, and I have purchased or leased a Honda in four different states. Pacific Honda is by far the best dealership hands down that I have ever bought a vehicle from in my 12 years of being a Honda owner. The sales person my wife and I worked with on the day of the purchase was Harry Kochi who was extremely welcoming and friendly. He immediately made my wife, and I feel welcome he was not a pushy salesman trying to make a sale and I must say he went above and beyond for my wife and me in getting us the car we wanted at the price we wanted. Harry is extremely knowledgeable when it came to the car features as well as the differences in models. Which in my experience with purchasing Honda vehicles is rare as in most cases I knew more about the car I wanted to buy. Secondly, the quality of work Harry provided my wife, and I was amazed as he was always one step ahead of us regarding things that needed to be done. My favorite part of this ordeal was that this is the first time that I did not spend seven hours at a dealership negotiating a fair price on our trade-in and a reasonable purchase price on my Honda CRV. My total time at Pacific Honda was four hours on the dot, and that was including waiting on my car to be detailed and brought over from another parking garage. The sales team immediately cut to the chase and gave me everything I wanted as opposed to playing hardball for several hours. I also would like to thank Doug Oda of the finance department as well. As he was extremely knowledgeable and was able to find me an APR rate that was better than USAA’s APR rate. My overall assessment of this car buying experience is 10 out of 10 with Harry Kochi also receiving a 10 out of 10 for his fantastic customer service and hospitality. Therefore, I strongly recommend Pacific Honda to anyone in the market for a new Honda and I would strongly recommend that you, please ask for Harry Kochi as well and have him show you why he earned a perfect rating of 10 out of 10 for his willingness to go above and beyond for his customer. Customer Service at it's best Unfortunately, Jason was not our original salesperson. My husband had not test driven the car like i had done earlier in the week. I had no intention of buying the car and had returned only to test drive. Enter Jason...he let me drive to the pali and back, all the while informing us of details of the car. He was very engaging and very attentive. Upon our return i asked for a quote, reiterating i was not ready to buy. He returned with a decent offer, but we didn't bring out checkbook. We countered with a price and would charge the deposit...the rest is history! Picked up my car today. Let me reiterate that i only bought the car because of Jason! Btw, my sister sold her car and will be seeing Jason sooner than later! More
