Fast & Friendly I actually came on a perfect day! It was the last day of the month, a holiday weekend and the last day of their fiscal year. I already new the car I wanted, Kyle greeted us with a friendly smile and took care of us from that point on. He worked very hard to get the numbers to where we wanted it. It took about 3 hours to finish everything. (which is pretty good considering.) He even followed up with me a few days after to see how I liked the car. I highly recommend this place, and if possible ask for Kyle! More

I had test drive and very good knowledge on what the car's capabilities were in the first 10 minute. After test driving the car I had originally went in for - CR-V - I realized that I it didn't suit me. The sales rep quickly introduced me to HR-V. I had a quick test drive with that too. After completing the two test drive, we were talking deal. I definitely was in to buy. This sales rep was not only very knowledgable but knew exactly how to pitch his sales to make the customer want to buy. He knew what I wanted and matched me to cars that I would definitely like. I didnt buy that exact moment but I returned that same evening with a change of mind. I wanted an Accord instead of HR-V or CR-V. This time my interaction with this rep didn't take 10 minutes. He went and checked with his finance manager on the deal for me for a Silver LX Accord. I was satisfied with it and left the night with an agreement! More
